Mariam Solano joins the house as head of the Human Resources Department for further work on the professionalization of the structure services of the organization.
Mariam has a wide experience within the HR sector, she has collaborated with large multinationals from different fields, managing teams and Human Resources projects of different types, from the engineering sector, to the construction sector or the Airport among others.
With experience in HR management at international level, in areas such as evaluation, selection, training and integral management by competencies, she has participated both on consulting projects and on internal clients.
Her capabilities will undoubtedly contribute to the optimization of the basic processes of the area, which affect the atracttion of specialized profiles to keep going forward expanding the available resources of the organization
and the definition of CBS human capital management policies.
Specialist in talent management and coordination of projects at national and international consulting level in the areas of recruitment, selection, training, assesment and development.
With a great operational approach – strategic and a vast amount of knowledge about best practices, standards, procedures, techniques of integral management of human resources, and in general of organizational structures and functionality of companies from different sectors of the economy.
